I have a potential bidder saying that they can't bid on an item and I can't get in touch with ebay to find out why.

·2 years agoCheck your Buyer Requirements log https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/blockedbuyeractivities to see if it's anything YOU have done (Block Bidder/Buyer List; Buyer Requirements). Check and edit your Buyer Requirements (also links to your BB/BL and other buyer management tools) at https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
If its not that, send them to this board (they won't be able to post on this thread but they can start another) with the full text of the error message they get when they try.
