I had a buyer win a beautiful vintage Monies Necklace after a 7 day auction to only say he changed his mind. What should happen next?

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, select Cancel Order, select Buyer requested, submit.
Go to your order. If there were buyers who opted into a Second Chance Offer, you can send them a SCO for their highest bid.
