Bidding Not possible because of supposedly unpaid items

Question

I can not bid on items because of supposedly unpaid items in the last month. I always pay for the items i won in auctions, sometimes it takes some days until the seller sends a combined kÃ¶nnen invoice for multiple items. That can be sometimes longer than the 3-4 days paying time. So what get i do to be able

to bid or buy again?

You find the 2 items that you didn't pay for before the transaction was cancelled for non-payment (most likely a situation where you requested a total but didn't get it). Go to your My eBay: Purchase History and they are supposed to be there (I would guess under the Returns & Cancelled section, but if not check the Unpaid items section and then the rest). Then to your My eBay: Messages tab and look for all messages about those items to and from the seller.

You have grounds for appealing the "Unpaid Item Cancellation Record" if the seller in a message or in the listing agreed to give a discount for combined shipping (and didn't already have it set up to do so from the Cart automatically according to a formula) AND you "Request[ed] a total" preferably in a message (I don't know if it would be reflected anywhere if you did it from the Cart) when you were ready AND the seller didn't give you one (and so changed the terms of the sale)

OR the seller agreed in a message to give you more time to pay and didn't.

Also if these are your very first strikes, you might get one forgiven even though it doesn't fall within any of the valid reasons.

ETA: Note that requesting a total doesn't in itself extend the time to pay. You have to have some representation by the seller that s/he would give a discount and/or more time to pay but didn't.
