Mentor2 years agoIf the seller requires a payment method specified in advance to place a bid or make an offer, eBay will place a reversible payment hold on the payment amount with a credit card or bank.
PayPal credit apparently does not allow such reversible payment holds.
You should be able to use PayPal credit for buy-it-now purchases, or bids or offers where the seller does not require a payment method specified in advance.
