Bidding multiple times then saying you entered the wrong amount
Had two bidders get in a bidding war and bid up an item. then one of the bidders canceled his bids saying he bid the wrong amount. I can't find a way to get hold of customer service. This isn't right, they didn't enter a wrong amount, they bid multiple times. How can I get this resolved?

Ebay no longer enforces the policy regarding invalid bid retractions.
