Bidding error
Summary: kortikalstimulator shared their experience of eBay cancelling some orders despite having an agreement with a seller to combine purchases over four days. The cancellations led to a restriction preventing further bids due to a "non-payment" issue. Despite being a member since 2003 with a perfect feedback rating, the participant is seeking advice on how to lift this restriction.
Although I had an agreement with a seller to combine purchases over a period of a few days—specifically four days—eBay cancelled some of the orders, which was frustrating for both the seller and me. The seller assured me that they did not initiate the cancellations. Now, whenever I try to bid on additional items, I receive the following error message: "You cannot buy this item because two of your orders have been cancelled due to non-payment in the last month." I have been a member since August 9, 2003, and have a 100% positive feedback rating. How can I get this unjustified restriction lifted?

Sellers need to either need to change this setting or add a buyer to their Exemption list if they wish to allow the buyer to keep bidding longer.
