I placed am amountvon my item and I have a bidder,if that is the only bid and he won do I have to sell it if the price I need is not meet?

You are required to sell to the highest bidder at end of auction. It is not possible for the bidder to not meet your price, since you set the minimum bid price when you listed the item.
If you set a Reserve Price, and the bidder's bid did not meet your Reserve Price then you do NOT sell the item.
