·3 years agoMost likely either you were blocked by a Buyer Requirement set by that seller (see https://pages.ebay.com/services/buyandsell/biddermanagement.html ) or were added to his/her Blocked Bidder/Buyer List. eBay over the years has gotten vaguer and vaguer with its error messages (and Help Pages and Policy Pages).
It also might mean there is an import/export restriction on the item (or rather eBay's bots THINK there is) and for some reason they blame the seller for that.

OP3 years agoI'll have to look again at ebay policies. This is the first time I've attempted to purchase from this seller.
