Has anyone else had problems with making offers lately it wont let me no more...when I try it pops up like its goin to but wont pull the key board up to let me make and offer???like it just only says send offer thats the only option I got and I csnt because I cant get the keyboard up to type nuthin in...ive never had no issues on ebay or with any seller so I know it cant be a restriction
