Bidding
I was the current high bidder for an item and just increased a max bid and it increased my current bid. In effect it bid against myself!!!
Has anyone experienced this. Any solution?

If you placed an automatic maximum bid that was more than your original bid,
your bid will increase only when another bidder outbids your original or previous bid.
That's the inherent risk in bidding on auctions: somebody else can always bid more than you do.
