·1 year agoSome cards and other payment methods that work at checkout won't work to place a bid/offer because there are different requirements for immediate payments vs pre-authorizations for later automatic payments. If you have or are willing to open a PayPal account you can try using the card to fund the payment through PP (go to paypal.com : settings : Payments : Automatic payments : eBay (scroll down left column until you find eBay--might have to click to show more at the bottom a few times to change the funding source for such automatic payments to eBay).
