Why does eBay let bidders bid on my items and then let them cancel it after they are the winner?

Mentor5 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. It is the seller that can cancel a transaction, and the seller is not obligated to do so. However, I always cancel if requested. Easier to do that than send out the item and then have the buyer request a returns request and have to pay for return shipping.
