Bidder won't pay
I had someone win the auction but they will not pay or fulfill the invoice. How do I get them to pay and how can I find a customer service rep that isn't an automated bot to help?

Wait until day 5. Then you can cancel for non payment.
The buyer gets a defect and the both of you cannot leave feedback.
Ebay sends reminders. If you do that too, you have to wait longer with the cancellation.
