Bidder with zero feedback in Colombia
I am selling a Panini World Cup album and have had a bid from someone in Colombia with a zero feedback rating. They’ve put 2 bids of £150 on my item, which is strange in itself, but am worried that this is a scammer. They’ve also sent me a waving emoji text 👋 early this morning. I’ve put free postage on this item, but am using the eBay global shipping programme, which I understand means that the buyer is responsible for import duties and shipping costs to destination country.
Any thoughts/suggestions please?
