Bidder wants to Buy Item Now
I had set my item with an Auction Price and a Buy Now Price. The highest bidder has approached me about Buying Now, is that possible? And how do I do that? New to selling.

·2 years agoIf it's the jade piece cancelling the single bid MIGHT bring the BIN back (it used to years ago, don't know if they have changed that).
For the figurine you have 3 bidders and the leader as of the time you posted this question has already been outbid. To accept the offer (whichever bidder it came from) you would have to cancel all bids and end the listing early without a winner (ticking off your existing and prospective bidders--especially the one in the lead if that's not who made the offer-- and incurring an extra fee) and then relist the item in a manner that allows the offeror to buy it properly at the correct price, with no guarantee that s/he will do so.

OP2 years agoThanks. It's the one with 3 bids, it ends in 3 hours. I told her to just put in the amount she wants to buy it for as her top bid, and wait. I only wanted $20 for it. She was offering $30.

Once the item has bids, the Buy It Now option goes away. Let the buyer know that he'll have to wait for the auction to end. He can always place a higher bid as the max he is willing to pay and eBay will use just enough of it to keep him in the lead.
