I had a bidder in Spain that couldn't bid. I have international turned on. I was wondering if it was because I listed "USPS Ground Advantage" as shipping choice?

If you mean you are enrolled in eBay International Shipping program, not all listings meet the requirements of having it available. At least one of your listings I've looked at has it and at least one of them doesn't. Go to the listing in question and check the Shipping, returns and payments tab to see.
