Bidder in Poland but Claims US Addrsss

Question

Hi, I recently cancelled a bid and messaged and the bidder, due to them being shown with a Poland address. They replied to my message claiming that they have a US address to ship to and rebid again. This seems shady to me, but I'm not an experienced seller. Is this something I should be concerned with?

Many International buyers have a US Shipping address. This would be a freight forwarder and your obligation is to ship to the address provided by the buyer on payment. Your obligation for the item ends when it is accepted at the freight forwarder.
