I see 288 bid retractions in a year, which still sounds excessive. I've turned this over to eBay who will investigate. Note that eBay will not share any action that take with a specific member however.

OP8 months agoIn the past THIRTY DAYS, that bidder has bid 2,609 times on 667 items and has TWENTY-EIGHT RETRACTIONS. How many times does a normal person make mistakes to make bid retractions 28 times in 30 days?

I agree with you. Mentors on this board have reported the issue with excessive bid retractions on eBay several times. It's on our agenda to address this with eBay again. We have little sway in eBay decision making, but we can get it on their radar again. As I said, I've reported it.
