Bidder didn’t pay
Buyer win the auction, then refused to pay. How do I get is out of “awaiting payment “ so I can repost it?
also would like to give the bidder feedback

·2 years agoAfter 4days you can cancel the sale due to nonpayment and the buyer receives a strike and your fees will be returned.
At this point no feedback can be left by ether party.
FYI buyers can never be given negative feedback.

Mentor2 years agoYou need to wait 4 days. After that time, you click on cancel due to non-payment. This gives the buyer a strike; 2 of those in a year keep them from bidding/making offers for one year. Neither party can leave FB. It is against the rules to leave negative feedback for buyers nor can you leave negative words in a positive FB. Doing so can put your account in danger. After the 4 days, you are free to relist.
