Bid wins but won’t pay
Esn620 bids on an item, then refuses to pay, why does EBAY allow this? If you make a Bid, it is a commitment to buy.
I really wish EBAY would Stop this!

As a seller you can require a payment method in advance in order for a buyer to place a bid or make an offer to help prevent this.
The option is in your Buyer Requirements under Buyer Rules:
