Bid retraction 36 minutes before ending
How the **bleep** can a bidder enter bids until they see they are the highest bidder ( higher than my bid ) then retract it 32 minutes before bidding ends, I know for sure this is done just to see what my maximum bid is so they can enter a higher amount at the end this bidder also had 96 retraction in less than 60 days, how do they get away with this. EBay does not care as long as someone pays. I am done, closed my account and will just shop on Etsy.
