Bid on item with free shipping
I have bided on two items that originally was listed with free shipping won both the listings under market value But then received a invoice including shipping and just so happens the prices for shipping equal how much below market price and listings sold for how do I get it fixed or them removed

·2 years agoOne of two things is likely:
1. You were mistaken about free shipping to your location. Go to the listing on the full website then click the "details" link for the shipping terms (this takes you to the Shipping section on the Shipping, Returns, and Payments tab which you could scroll down to the "About this item" tab and select the Shipping etc. tab, but with all the ads eBay is putting in now it's easier to click the link and get taken straight there) and see what it says about shipping to your location (country and zip/postal code if there is a box for that, use the "Change country menu if it is not showing your country where you are having the package delivered). If it is showing the amount that you are being charged then that amount is correct and the "free shipping" was to somewhere else.
2. The seller sent an invoice changing the shipping terms. Message the seller demanding s/he re-revise the s/h to the terms in the listing. If s/he doesn't do so and s/he cancels for non-payment after 4 days, appeal that non-payment cancellation record for seller changing the terms.
