It says itâ€™s too late to cancel. It has only been 2 hours! What do I do?

You can't. Only the seller can let you off the hook. And s/he is under absolutely no obligation to do so nor to respond to your request.

You might not need the item, but neither does the seller. That is why s/he is TRYING to sell it, but it gets hard to do so when people bid and win and then give excuses instead of payment. It doesn't matter that you already have it. You promised to pay for it if you won and you did, preventing someone else from winning.
