Bid disappeared?

Question

I made a bid on a piece of jewelry.

It is not showing up under "bids and purchases"

I made sure the bid was completed by touching "DONE"

WTH is going on?

There is absolutely no record of it, except I took a screen shot.

Did you get a confirmation that your bid was placed? Simply submitting it does not mean it is placed. If eBay rejects your bid (received too late, subject to an eBay or seller limit or block, etc.) it would send out an error message instead (but if this happens after or close to the end of the auction the countdown hitting 0 and bringing up the listing would overwrite the error message likely before you see it or it even is rendered on your screen.

How about posting the screenshot (camera icon)?

@xanthosred < It is not showing up under "bids and purchases" > Did you mean "bids and offers"? So, if your bid isn't showing up anywhere, have you checked to see if the listing itself has been removed?

Did you bid using this eBay account? Or possibly another account?

Did you add the item to your Watch List? Is it in your Recently Viewed?

Is the item still listed? Still active?

Does your bid appear in the bid history of that listing?
