bid cancellation
I agreed to purchase multiple items from someone that ebay said would have delayed shipping. I purchased many items and discussed with the seller who agreed to give me a shipping discount and would send me an invoice when he got home from vacation. Now today I get 2 bid cancellations from ebay since it has been more than 4 days and do not know where to explain the situation to get the 2 bid cancellations removed from my record. Can anyone assist?

·2 years agoMost likely the seller forgot that s/he set his/her preferences for items awaiting payment to automatically cancel for non-payment after 4 days, which kicked in because s/he didn't take the action needed to exempt you from that.
That the seller promised you more time but cancelled for non-payment before the extended time is a reason to appeal the unpaid cancellation records. Here are instructions: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/appealing-unpaid-cancellation-record?id=4357
