We have no special access to your account transactions, only what anyone can see. I see you sold a Chinese coin on March 14 for $69.99. It is far too late for the winner to pay or for you to cancel that transaction. If that is what you are asking about just go about your business. Relist it if you want.
If there is some other issue (the screenshot you posted is of little to no help in figuring out what it is if it is something else) you need to type in the full circumstance leading you to want to ask a question and exactly what question you want to ask.
