BEWARE OF NEW USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE
beware of USPS ground advantage for shipping items since the july 9th EVERY item bigger than 3 lbs have arrived damaged today alone 4 buyers messaged that they got there item broken photos show boxes are completely destroyed and items damaged we have shipped thousands of items and never have seen this amount of packages show up damaged every single one of them was since ground advantage rolled out and USPS dose not approve claims the last 3 we submitted and took the item into the post office they took as requested and then denial for "not submitting item within time" we appeal with proof of a receipt proving we had plenty of time to give it to USPS and still denied appeals USPS is absolutely horrible now ship cover is just another "fee" we will need to use now to use since USPS dose not stand behind insurance
