Beware fellow Ebayers or Ebay AND specifically knives-online*
I am not sure how many complaints need to be filed against this seller for Ebay to do something, but believe the reviews you read that have been recently posted. This seller is not following any Ebay policies and Ebay has promised me a refund and ASSURED me that I would get my "hard-earned" money back - but now he is nowhere to be found and Ebay has allowed the seller to keep my money after NOT COMMUNICATING WITH ME AT ALL when I simply asked to return my piece of luggage for a larger size! Then REPORTING me for being a bad buyer????? It's all in writing. It's all on the Ebay platform - they don't care one iota. Be careful fellow Ebayers.
