Bestmow mower purchase

I just opened a Bestmow smart lawn mower NIB last summer from Dazzling.designs1121 and the activation code does not work because it was stolen. per company phone call. They deactivated it.

475.00. The sellers name and address is not on the invoice. How can I find this info so I can call the police.
