Best way to handle receiving item that doesn't look like what the seller had pictured on his page ?
So I bought a pair of shoes and the seller stated that there was a no return policy. Upon receiving the shoes and after a thorough inspection I noticed that the image the seller had posted on his page was different than the shoes that I received. It appeared to me that the item he had a picture of was what the shoes were supposed to look like, the authentic item. Am I just stuck with the item or is there anything that can be done through eBay in order to get the item returned and a refund. I am new to this and under the impression that since the seller has a no return policy , that there is not much I can do. Even though in my opinion, it's false advertising. When a seller clearly shows an item that in an attempt to sell something fraudulently and fooling the individual purchasing into thinking they are going to recieve the item pictured on their page, yet they recieve an item, that at best barely resembles the item they were under the impression they were buying.

I am sorry that happened! Even if a seller has a no returns policy, they are responsible for delivering the item that is shown in the photos.
You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
