Mentor1 month agoQR codes. Make sure you understand how they work for items that are picked up or handed off in person.

OP1 month agoHow do I show a hand delivered item as delivered. Left at buyer's door , EBay wants digits from a QR code, I don't have that. Package shows as awaiting shipment

Mentor1 month ago@friendsofemmetoneallibrary You need to ship with tracking. Or list with Local pickup only then the buyer receives a QR code that is scanned when picked up.
If your listing had shipping and not Local pick-up you shouldn't be dropping items at a buyers house
All you can do now is mark it as shipped. The sale will be treated as no tracking so funds will be held for 31 days. You also will lose a not received refund request case since you have no tracking to prove delivery.
