Best Offer will not go through
When I try to submit an offer on an item Ebay says the seller does not ship to my address. I contacted the seller to inquire why they did not ship to my address and they said they had no idea why Ebay said that and I should contact Ebay to find out why. Tried that on customer service and just got sent in circles. My address is not a P.O. box and I have purchased 999 items without a problem. Any ideas?

·2 years agoThis happens when the seller did not enter shipping cost into the listing. So it say it can't be shipped to your location that because it can't ship to any location because there no shipping cost.
