Mentor6 months agoYou agreed when you made the offer.
If the seller has their buyer requirements set to "Require buyers to provide a payment method before they place a bid/offer" you would have seen the message on the screen when you made the offer that you were agreeing to being charged when the seller accepted your offer.

Mentor6 months agoBy sending the offer to a seller that required a payment method in advance, you were explicitly agreeing to pay if the seller accepted.
