Best Offer question
I have a card listed as best offer 500. A buyer wants me to relist for 400 and they will buy it. I ask them to make an offer and they said it had to be done his way so it could be shipped direct to PSA. That’s bull I know that. So what am I missing on this scam? Thanks

It is your listing, you can price it any way you want. You do not have to comply with the Buyer's request.
If you think the Buyer is trying to manipulate you in some way add them to your Blocked list on this page. Buyer management | eBay
Their attitude alone may be an indication that you do not want to do business with them.
