Best Offer
I have a buyer who says he made a best offer on one of my items, but it didn't register. He did it twice and neither time did it register. What is the issue here?

Mentor3 years agoDoes the buyer have 2 unpaid str8ikes recorded o his account, and have you blocked buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes? Is the buyer international and you don't ship internationally? That is all I can think of.
