Best Offer
I have sent an offer to a seller. I have received an email from Ebay saying that the Offer was sent, but it is not showing up on my Dashboard. I had sent an offer to this seller previously and received no response. The same issue occurred where it was not on Dashboard, but still received email from Ebay saying it was sent. Haven't had this issue w/ any other Items/ sellers yet. Just asking to see if this is typical or if I have something set up wrong. Any info is greatly appreciated.
