Why do some sellers waste buyers time by turning down reasonable best offers that our within a dollar or less of the buy it now price?That is very annoying and I won't make another at that point,if you have no intention of accepting don't put make best offers at all!Is that eBay's policy of not letting them accept?

·3 years agoOf course they don't have to accept. They agreed to sell to any qualified buyer for the Buy It Now price. You are asking for a special deal. Of course they can reject or let your offer expire.

Mentor3 years agoIn some cases, it is eBay that adds the "best offer" link to the listing, not the seller.
