Question

anyone be able to tell me why my best offers aren't showing in my account and I'm not getting emails confirming the offer? I am not new to ebay.

Sellers can block buyers based on things like:

unpaid item strikes
shipping location
not having a payment method on file

If you don’t meet those requirements, sometimes the offer won’t go through or gets declined right away.

But even then, you would usually still see some record of the attempt.

At the same time, your account isn’t new and you’ve got about 438 feedback, so it would be unusual for typical buyer restrictions to be the cause.

Also, other members have recently reported the same thing with offers not showing at all, which points more toward a temporary glitch.

Could you please clarify if this is happening with just one seller or across multiple listings? Or give a bit more detail?
