Best Offer
Why, when a seller places an ad on eBay with "or best offer" option that the seller does not acknowledge the offer. This happens a lot, It's very disrespectful. I placed a bid of just .50 less then the price and they do not honor it. Either honor it of DON'T offer it. Can you explain this to me??
