Had a buyer offer I accepted. The listing originally had buyer pays shipping... offer was a flat amount with free shipping. I accepted it, unknowingly, which is fine. But now i cant seem to remove a the shipping fee for him to submit payment. It seems I cant adjust that until he pays or only before listing the item. Any help is appreciated
