belstaff jacket (bought from belstaff) didn't pass eBay authenticity guarantee
I had an old Belstaff racing jacket that just failed the eBay authenticity guarantee after I sold it. My problem is I know this is a Belstaff jacket. What do I do? The sale has been voided and the buyer informed. The only thing I did that changed the jacket was I cut out the large and annoying care tag below the hanging loop thing on the back of the collar (I found it annoying in the summer when I was just wearing a t-shirt under the jacket) and another one below the main label that got frayed... Apart from that, it's as standard as standard could be. I can't remember how old it is... Maybe late 1970's early 80's... What is my next move? Can you appeal? AI has now removed some of my other listings like I'm some kind of fraudster. I have a 100% record as a seller and now this... All of a sudden I'm painted as some kind of counterfeiter. Any thoughts?
