below standard seller
I used to be a top rated seller for 2+ years. about a year ago i forgot to put my store on vacation mode and ebay shut down my account. Now present day i have interest in selling on ebay again, i looked at my performance level and i am still below standard (after 12 months) they tell me i need to build report to increase my performance level but wont let me list anything because my monthly limits are 0. On the 20th i will be above standard, does this mean i will be able to finally list an item? or is my ebay account shut down for good?
