Below standard seller
I have been a below standard seller for 3 months - I upgraded from basic store trying to list more items ..
a new month has started and I can not list any items or revise existing listing.
I understand why I was rated below standard I cancelled transactions
however I don’t see how I can improve my store and sales when I can’t at leat revise items
suggestions PLEASE apart time seller was hoping to built up ..

Mentor2 years agoSince you can't list or revise, you need to find a way to sell more of what you do have listed.
You have a store, so you can use the marketing tools. A buy one get one X % off promotion could help you boost your number of items sold. https://www.ebay.com/sh/mkt
First look at the monthly breakdown on your dashboard to see how many additional items you need to sell. The 11/20 evaluation is for Nov 2022 - Oct 2023, so it is too late to change the next rating. So you need to look at what you sold Nov 2022 - your goal is that amount + the number it takes to get your defect rate below 2%.

I know it hurts to offer a discount when you are already paying an extra 6% in fees, but if you don't get your defect rate down, eBay will further restrict your ability to sell.
