I haven't really had any problems with ebay for over 20 years. Now I just can not seem ti find an answer. About 6 months ago i opted into that feature where you pay more and the promote more. It worked really well but i made a mistake and did not have enough so when the program gave me more sales and i didn't update properly and i was unable to complete the sales as ordered. I did make sure all people were satisfied and found what they need. All were appreciative and left positive feedback even though i missed the order. Anyway obviously the computer algorithms or whatever don't see how you made corrections behind the scenes. Anyway my Bad and now I just want to know when it will all end. My store is still open however with all the fees completely changed! An item i sold last week for 100$ had a net of 47$. I can not find an answer as to when it will end. In all cases (5 defects) it was out of stock and customer was contacted immediately and refunded. There was not any cases filed but i know ebay watches it. I still have my 100% positive feedback but is just not a good way for me to sell right now. I have had to use reverb for the music instruments however i would have preferred to use ebay. Anyway does anyone know when it will end? Thanks in advance for any help I appreciate it. The virtual agent was not much help.
