I can not understand why I ended up BELOW STANDARD. Why isn't store and personal selling site combined. I list, often, buyer did not see item was local pick-up so I refunded him his money? Thank you for any advise

A seller is NOT penalized by cancelling the transaction as ‘Problem with buyer’s address’ when the buyer cannot pick up a ‘Pickup Only’ item. Is that how you’ve been cancelling?
