Below standard performance
How long does it take to get out from under being below standard performance. It apears the only thing that has killed it was 6.9% defects, which were actally times I had to cancel an order.?

To get back above standard, you must reduce your defect rate to below 2%. You are measured on a rolling 12 months. Go to your dashboard and open the monthly breakdown to see when the defects will roll off, and when they will be less than 2%.
The 2/20 evaluation will be 2/25 - 1/26, 3/20 will be 3/25 - 2/26, etc.
If the defects are not going to roll off soon, then you must try to sell more to get the % down. Try to think of a small inexpensive item you can sell a bunch of quickly - even if you have to sell them at cost or a small loss, it will be worth it to get out from under the extra 6% fee.
If you do not reduce your defect rate, eBay will start restricting your ability to list and sell.
