Hi ebay peers. My account satus drop to below standard. Duento having scammers buy from me, and then saying the wrong item was sent.

I close a couple of orders with buyers with 0 feedback. Same day created account.

How long till I get to good performance?

Wish ebay would give me a apportunity.

The two negative feedback did not push you to Below Standard.

I encourage sellers to review their Seller Dashboard on a regular bases, a minimum of once a week, so you can see what areas you might be getting into trouble with and be proactive and try to head of potential account health issues.

The other thing to check on a regular basis is your status in the Service Metrics. This is another way Ebay evals its sellers.

So you need to discover exactly what made you below standard before you can successfully figure a way back to Above Standard status.

Once you figure out what happened, you need to try and prevent any more of them happening. Along with that, sell more. Run a sale, lower pricing, find something you can sell easily, anything to increase your number of transaction so you can dilute the numbers. That is your way out. But you have to also be diligent about how you got in this position.
