Below Standard
So my rating is below standard... My feedback is great! How can I improve the rating if I can't promote my items.. .( Which WE PAY FOR) .. Being on restriction like in elementary school. I am a very good seller.. I just don't know how they expect me to improve if my selles are literally down to nothing due to not promoting..
I am not a power seller and I list approx 5- 8 items daily most days..

Mentor8 months agoThe following will cause a seller to become a below standard seller: Not getting an acceptance scan within his/her handling time, shipping late, too many Item Not Received cases, too many Item Not as Described cases, not responding to cases within 3 days of the buyer filing a case, cancelling transactions for Out of Stock.
In addition to NOT allowing the above to happen, you can list items with a low price and/or free shipping to increase your number of sales, which in turn decreases the percentage of the metric that causes the below standard rating. That is what I did when I was a below standard seller years ago. Lost money, but helped get me out of that. Took several months.
