Below Standard
Buyers cheat a lot. They claim that the product is not received, the product is not good, they don't return the product and take money. Nowadays, the buyers are more and more thieves in ebay. Because of this, my account became below standard. In a few days, I will be selling and buying with ebay. finish

There have always been dishonest people. It's been that way from the beginning of time and something we have to deal with unfortunately.
Your account is not below standard because you dealt with some dishonest buyers, your account is below standard because you did not resolve the cases and eBay had to step in.
If a buyer wants to return something, then it's best to take it back and refund after you receive it (unless you don't want it back). If the buyer claims non-receipt, just respond to the case with the tracking # that proves delivery - eBay will find in your favor.
The responses left to the negative feedback you've received will drive away honest buyers. A reply to feedback is your chance to show that you resolve problems and put yourself in a good light rather than place the blame on the buyer.
