Help needed. I joined eBay in 2021 and unfortunately didn’t look at all the rules on canceling orders so over the last year I canceled eight orders, which has made me below selling performance. I’m still 100% feedback never shipped late. Everything else is perfect. I’m on my last month to be able to get my selling rate back up to above standards. I’m at 215% Any advice other than not canceling orders of course that I can do to get it back to above standards! eBay has really helped me financially to make it as a single mom. I really need to get my rating back to above the standards. Any advice would be appreciated!!! I haven’t had any orders canceled it slowly going down, but still at 215%

Mentor1 year agoCancelling orders for Out of stock/damaged is one of the worst defects a seller can receive. You will need to sell lots of items so the percentage of defects decreases. Keep checking your Seller Dashboard to see your seller metrics. ebay evaluates seller performance on the 20th of each month.
